Trained StaffWe take workplace security very seriously.

To this end;

  • Our selection procedures include police security checks for all staff
  • All new staff must provide sound references and are closely monitored
  • Cleaning staff wear ICC uniforms and ICC identity cards at all times
  • Only cleaning staff contracted to work in your premise and a supervisor may enter your premise. Cleaners are not allowed to take ‘helpers’ with them

Training

All staff are trained to operate within the terms of current Health and Safety legislation (OSH). All staff are trained in the importance of security.

Cleaning staff are trained in the “ICC Way of Cleaning”. This includes:

  • Instruction on cleaning materials including environmentally friendly products
  • Cleaning methods for various surfaces (marble, tile, carpet etc)
  • Efficient cleaning
  • Hygiene standards
  • Stain removal
  • Cleaning technology updates

Account Managers (client relations) staff are trained in “ICC Office Procedures”. This includes:

  • Cleaning supervision
  • Quality Assurance Reports
  • Building Inspections

Insurance

ICC Cleaning has public liability insurance cover for $5,000,000.
